Interior Colors- Round One!

I asked my friend Claudia to come up to the house with me to help weigh in on interior colors.  We entered the house which was toasty with a fire in the fireplace.  The doors and windows were covered and taped. A muted light radiated through the building.

On the walls were sample splotches, most of which my friend  and color guru, Linda Coan, had recommended. In the past few days, the painters had primed and textured the interior of the house, a huge undertaking! They were just finishing up wallboarding and mudding the garage. Not only are they fast, but they do good work!

Jim and Dave moved light into the bathroom so that we could compare the subtle shades of gray on the walls.

Claudia and I went room by room looking at the paint colors; holding  tiles and other surface samples up to the paint. All in all, we made great headway and selected the colors for the main rooms and ceiling.  Thank you color comarades!
